Move towards a more real self
A space to pause and breathe
Do you feel like you’re constantly spinning plates, trying to keep everything together while quietly feeling overwhelmed?
Maybe you’ve been putting others first for so long that you’ve lost sight of yourself.
Or perhaps something unexpected has left you feeling stuck and unsure where to turn.
At Bare Soul Counselling, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, make sense of things and begin to reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
How I work
I create a space which allows you to be vulnerable and connect with yourself on a deeper level.
In person
Sessions take place in a private garden log cabin in Angmering, West Sussex – a calm, natural space designed for reflection and safety.
Creative ways of working
Sometimes talking alone isn’t enough to fully explore what’s going on. If it feels right for you, I may gently introduce creative ways of working to help bring new insight and understanding:
> Sand tray therapy
> Narrative therapy
> Working with clay
> Guided meditation
> Breath work
> Timeline work
You don’t need to consider yourself creative to benefit from this approach. These methods are simply different ways of exploring what you’re experiencing and you are always free to just talk if that feels right for you.
A space to come back to yourself

“It is a privilege to see someone in their darkest time and see the first cracks of light appear.”
What clients say
I found the sessions really useful and over 13 weeks
I was able to adapt and get better with my Mental Health as a result of these sessions.
